A família buscou um projeto que unisse a leveza da vida praiana com a praticidade de quem vive em uma capital urbana. Dessa forma, a casa foi pensada para acolher não apenas os moradores, mas também amigos e familiares que compartilham dos mesmos valores e do encantamento pela Costa do Descobrimento.O conceito arquitetônico valoriza a integração entre os ambientes internos e externos, permitindo que o convívio se estenda naturalmente do espaço social para a área de lazer, sempre em diálogo com o jardim tropical e a proximidade do mar. Á arvore central mostra a importância em preservar. A sala de jantar e a cozinha são integradas, criando um espaço fluido que estimula a convivência, enquanto as suítes garantem privacidade e conforto a cada membro da família.
Tamanha preocupação com a sustentabilidade na escolha dos materiais. A ventilação cruzada, as varandas sombreadas e os grandes vãos abertos asseguram conforto térmico em sintonia com o clima baiano.
Mais do que uma casa de praia, este projeto simboliza a criação de um ponto de encontro permanente: um lugar onde as filhas cultivem lembranças afetivas, onde os pais poderão vivenciar momentos de descanso após a rotina intensa em Brasília, e onde a essência da Costa do Descobrimento se perpetuará como parte da história da família.

The construction of this family’s summer residence was born from a deep emotional bond with nature. The calm beaches and the welcoming atmosphere of the village strengthened their desire to transform the space into a refuge for togetherness, leisure, and memory.
The family sought a design that would combine the lightness of coastal living with the practicality of life in a large urban capital. Thus, the house was conceived to welcome not only its residents, but also friends and relatives who share the same values and the enchantment with the Discovery Coast.

The architectural concept emphasizes the integration between indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing social life to flow naturally from the living areas to the leisure spaces, always in harmony with the tropical garden and the closeness to the sea. The central tree highlights the importance of preservation. The dining room and kitchen are seamlessly integrated, creating a fluid environment that fosters interaction, while the suites ensure privacy and comfort for each family member.
Special care was taken in choosing sustainable materials. Cross ventilation, shaded verandas, and wide open spans ensure thermal comfort in harmony with the climate of Bahia.
More than just a beach house, this project symbolizes the creation of a permanent meeting point: a place where the daughters can cultivate cherished memories, where the parents can enjoy moments of rest after the intense pace of life in Brasília, and where the essence of the Discovery Coast will endure as part of the family’s history.
